Welcome! I run a private practice offering professional Counselling, Coaching, Mindfulness and Spiritual Energy services. How often do we stop to ask ourselves what we need at this moment or evaluate what is causing us pain?
My practice centres on empowering one's True Self. I work with clients to help them heal from experiences and negative limiting beliefs, to grow mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
It is in a place of connection and congruence we realize the conditioned beliefs we have grown up with are the very things causing us pain and anxiety. When we can let go of conditioned thinking and remove ourselves from the collective consciousness, we see Truth manifest in our experience. It is in this place that we heal, that we grow, that we expand.
The goal of counselling is to empower you to grow in your self-awareness. This process is designed to help you to develop tools to face your struggles and to help you bring healing through connection with your Higher Self.

As therapy may cover topics of distress, I encourage questions and comments regarding the counselling process along your journey.

Though there are many potential benefits to therapy, please understand that success is not guaranteed. The counselling process may evoke strong feelings and memories, bringing possible changes in awareness that may alter one’s perceptions and ways of relating to others. Sometimes clients will feel worse before they feel better. Please understand that therapy is a process. Always discuss any concerns that arise with your counsellor.
