Each client may request a free initial consultation.  This is not a therapy session, but rather a chance  to meet and get a feel for the online video system. 

During this consultation, we discuss all fees and policies as we decide if we are a good fit to work together. 

Fees (aka Investment Amounts) are applied to hourly sessions, reports/letters and consultation time. Payments can be made by credit card, cheque, or e-transfer. Payments are due at the start of each session, please discuss any questions or concerns with your therapist.

All services require twenty-four hours (24hrs) notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than twenty-four hours (24hrs) notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee equal to their regular session fee.

Therapy, like all health services, should be accessible to those who need it. Should you require a fee reduction or sliding scale option, please enquire during the initial consultation.
