Fees (aka Investment Amounts) are applied to all sessions as specified, reports/letters and consultation times. Payments can be made by credit card, cheque, or e-transfer. Payments are due at the start of each session, please discuss any questions or concerns with your practitioner.
All services require twenty-four hours (24hrs) notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than twenty-four hours (24hrs) notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee equal to their regular session fee.
